To help us prepare a Sample Pack for you, we will require the following information: -
1. Your name,
2. Your postal address,
3. What type of memorial card or acknowledgment card you are looking for.
We will post a brochure and sample to you, next working day, free of charge.
1. Fill out the Order Form.
When you have decided on your stationery, you can order from us in two ways -
A. Click here and fill in our Online Order Form and hit the Submit button at the end when you are done.
B. Click here and fill in our Manual Order Form, then scan and email it or post it or just call in to us –

2. How to pay.
Before we process your order, we will ask you for a 25% deposit payable by cash, credit card or debit card.
The balance of 75% is payable on order collection in our shop or before we post the completed order to you.
3. Order processing.
When we process your order it normally takes one week to prepare a proof for you.
We can either email a pdf proof to you or post a paper proof or you can call in to our shop in Abbeygate Street, Galway.
At this proofing stage you can make whatever changes are necessary to finalise your invitation.
Please check your proof very carefully as it is your responsibility to confirm that the proof is correct.
When you confirm that we can go to print, it normally takes 5 to 7 working days to complete your order.
4. Delivery/ Collection.
When the order is ready, we will call you to organise collection or confirm delivery instructions and final payment details.
Note that we charge €10 for parcel post anywhere in Ireland.
